Lemon Verbena Soap
Lemon Verbena (Aloysia citrodora) originates from South American and is a deciduous perennial shrub that gives off a strong refreshing lemon aroma. It was introduced to Europe in the 18th century by the Spanish for its perfume. Most people know it as a dried additive in potpourri, draw sachets and sleep pillows as the dried leaves retain their aroma for many years. It also makes for a nice refreshing herbal tea.
It has a high concentration of strong antioxidant compounds (Vitamin A and C) and combined with added lemon peel in this soap - it creates a gentle exfoliating and mild cleansing action that removes excess oils while retaining moisture in the skin. If you’re suffering from an uneven skin tone, oily or acne prone skin, you may benefit from this soap.
Ingredients: Beeswax, Castor Oil, Coconut Oil, Lemon Verbena infused Olive Oil, Sustainable Palm Oil, Shea Butter, Lemon Peel, Essential oil blend.

Since our natural soaps don't contain any synthetic preservatives or artificial hardeners, please remember to care for them. Store your soap on a well drained soap dish, aired and out of any water. Use within 6 months of purchase.
