Terms and Conditions

Te Puke Soap Company is a New Zealand owned and operated business.

PAYMENT:

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include 15% New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST). We currently offer two payment gateway options through this website.

  • PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT: Provides you with a fast and streamlined service, and accepts Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and normal Paypal account services. If you are a new customer, you do not have to sign up for a Paypal account, but can still use their payment functions, and choose later if you want to set up an account or not.
  • BANK DEPOSIT: Using your internet banking to transfer funds directly to our account.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Once an order has been made it cannot be cancelled so please choose wisely.

SHIPPING:

  • DELIVERY WITHIN NZ: We aim to send your purchases within 2-3 working days once payment has been received. Orders within New Zealand are sent via NZ Courier Post which has a track and trace facility. Our shipping fee is a standard fixed rate.

If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track your parcel.

  • DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Check before signing for your delivery. Ensure all products are in good condition. As per courier company conditions, damaged items must be reported by the receiver within 24 hours of delivery to qualify for an insurance claim/replacement on the items.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE:

If you are unhappy with a product please let us know immediately. Consumer law in New Zealand does not require retailers to refund goods if customers change their minds. Damaged merchandise will not be accepted for exchange, return or refund (unless as stated above) it has been damaged in transit by the shipping agent.
