Gardener's Soap
This is a very popular soap - gardeners and tradies like mechanics love this as a natural alternative to using harsh commercial hand cleaners. Made with ground pumice, dandelion infused olive oil and bentonite clay, this hard working soap will clean the days grime off your hands or knees. The dandelion plant is not a gardener's best friend but in this soap the plant sets to work on ingrained dirt.
Dandelions are a herb that often get overlooked as a weed. All the parts of the dandelion plant - roots, leaves and flowers can be used in various ways from cooking to medicinal. Here we have infused the dandelion flowers in olive oil. It is said that the plant is high in antioxidants, vitamins and iron - and great for rough chapped skin. We have also added pumice to exfoliate and the bentonite clay absorbs oils and bacteria and can help give your skin a smooth finish. Essential oils in the soap include tea tree and lemon eucalyptus - the antibacterial qualities in these essential oils are said to deter scratches and cuts from becoming infected.

Te Puke Soap Company soaps are handmade the old fashioned way using the cold process soap-making method. They are made using all natural ingredients in small batches. Bar sizes do vary as they are handcut but are in excess of 100 grams in weight.
Since our natural soaps don't contain any synthetic preservatives or artificial hardeners, please remember to care for them. Store your soap on a well drained soap dish, aired and out of any water. Use within 6 months of purchase.
